This nonstick coating is very durable and can withstand most cooking styles that this pan can accomplish. From wok to deep fry, this pan is truely the perfect pan. It is quick to heat up and it distributes the heat quickly and evenly. I love this heathy version of nonstick cooking!

I absolutely love this pan! It’s so light yet stable and easy to use and store. It cleans up really well too. It’s a great size and handles cooking small amounts as well as family size servings. I’ve used it nonstop since I got it and wish I’d had it forever.
