Excellent for stir fry!

Demeyere is well known as one of the most sought after premium cookware manufacturers so it is no surprise that the AluPro nonstick line of pans have superior performance and durability. Cold forged aluminum is light weight yet strong and conducts heat evenly and quickly saving not only time but energy as well. The base of these pans includes Tripllnduc which is a triple alloy especially made to keep the bottom flat without bulging on any cooking surface even under high heat and provide superior results on induction cook tops. The Duraglide titanium nonstick surface is extremely durable and long lasting, releasing food easily yet able to brown and sear as well as any stainless steel or cast iron surface. These pans are a pleasure to cook on and will fast become your favorites!

I like this pan because of the way it handles heat. It comes to temperature fast (I heat on medium/medium high) and when I start to cook it keeps the temperature up, where I like it. I never get this pan smoking hot. It changes the non-stick; bu this pan gets plenty hot when I need to stir fry my meats and vegetables. The non-stick surfaces lasts; I use wood mostly and some silicone utensils. I want this pan to last because I like it so much.

Demeyere cookware is truly exceptional. This nonstick fry pan is sturdy and light weight. It heats up evenly and has great browning capacity and has a stay cool handle. They call this a perfect pan because it's really great for everything with a flat bottom and tall rounded sides it's equally as good fro stir frying or for incorporating ingredients into a one pot meal.

Love to stir fry!!!

A super high-quality non-stick stir-frying pan, a perfect pan! This is the best non-stick pan in the market! This pan is a quick-release food non-stick, cooking is effortless! Excellent stir-frying, sauteing pan and can also works for deep frying. This pot is PFOA-free and the PTFE non-stick coating is durable for its 5 layers of coating, safe for heavy metal kitchen tools, and extremely scratch-resistant. However, the keyword is “resistant” so, with enough force, anything can cause scratches. Therefore, wood and silicone kitchen tools are recommended. Its superior flat-base stays flat, it will not warp, handle is stay-cool, and easy to maneuver transitioning food to a plate. Highly recommended handwashing, preventing from the dishwasher's detergent abrasiveness and from any damage-causing from bumping into hard and pointy stuff during the wash. It is easy to clean; just soak with water and soap and use a sponge to remove food residue. Works on all stovetop including induction and oven safe!

Perfect Size for Two

I’ve only used this for one month and have only used rubber and wood utensils. Despite that, the nonstick coating is already scratched and starting to peel. This is really disappointing for such a short usage time—definitely not the quality I expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

NOT METAL UTENSIL SAFE

I just got it for 6 months. I used metal utensils for a month. The coating starts to peel off.
