I ordered this to use as a wok but I cook everything it. This pan is made from cold aluminum construction, with a 5mm thick base which means it heats up super fast and has perfect even heat distribution. Handle stays cool even when cooking with high heat. We stir fry, deep fry and even heat soup up in it. It is perfect!

This is a great nonstick perfect pan or wok style piece. Perfect for sauteing, tossing foods with sauces, or cooking with an Asian flare. The nonstick is really great on this pan, releases food easily, and makes cooking in this piece a lot more fun knowing you can cook without having a mess to clean afterwards on this pan. Really well made pan, a great piece to have in your kitchen!

A Perfect pan that heats evenly and quickly. This pan is designed for quick efficient cooking. Demeyere pans are known for their performance and quality. This pan is no exception. Strong and durable pan yet lighter weight. Easy to use and clean. Fabulous for stir fry recipes.

Discovering why this is called a perfect pan. Super nonstick and quick and even heating from rim to rim make this the ideal piece for any number of recipes. Lightweight with a comfortable handle for tossing pasta in sauce or stir frying. Extremely durable and cleans up super easy.

This is called the perfect pan for a reason. This non stick pan can do anything from acting as a wok, to steaming, frying, or making soups. It can do it all. It is also very easy to clean, which we all love.
