Pretty good knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the start I liked the size and shape of this knife. I have a whole slew of kids, so my ultimate test is cutting, coring, and slicing an apple. It was not as sharp as I'd hoped out of the package, but I'll try sharpening it.

Excellent solution for slicing, dicing and peeling small fruits and vegetables. t
This is a sharp, durable blade. I also like to use it for segmenting my oranges and grapefruits. Very good quality.

Knife is razor sharp and holds an edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is much sharper than the one it replaced, holds it's edge well. I just need to use the sharpening steel sparingly. A pleasure to use and versatile for preparing many items.

Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.This paring knife has a sharp edge, ergonomic handle for ease of handling, is light weight and well balanced. Good knife for the value.
