Just the right size!

Needed a paring knife to teach my daughter how to peel. Fits great in smaller hands, and is just sharp enough to easily get through potato and apple skins. Dish washer safe also.

Exceeds my expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knife in a grocery store, so was expecting no more than average competence from the product. I knew the brand name so decided to give it a try and was amazed by the quality. It fits my hand perfectly to do the cutting and pairing tasks for which I need it, it is finely engineered and finished (very solid), and is sharp ~ slides through tomato and apple skins to offer a perfect vertical cut with no need for pressure from my hand. I could not be more pleased
