This entry level knife has a little bit of flexibility to it but is super sharp. Its made from high quality steel and one piece. Nice 3 riveted handle makes for comfortable cutting even when doing big prep projects.

A nice paring knife!

This paring knife is the workhorse knife in my kitchen, great for peeling and cutting small fruits, garlic, potato and etc. This is a perfect camper paring knife, so small it is easy to pack in the camper's backpack.
