Wonderful Paring Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great paring knife. The slim sharp blade is great for peeling and shaping with little waste. The blade holds an edge for a very long time and is easy to maintain. The handle is lightweight and comfortable to hold at any angle.

I can't believe how wonderful this feels in my hand. It is the perfect size for small jobs, as well as peeling and paring fruits and vegetables. Lightweight, which helps with hand fatigue when peeling 10 lbs of potatoes, and very durable. I love that I don't have to worry about my kids ruining in by throwing it in the dishwasher, because it is safe to dishwash. Really got alot more than what I expected.
