Nice parer

A good Paring knife, great for peeling fruits and veggies. A great starter parer for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the German stainless steel blade. Nice price point too.

You need a paring knife! This is one of my most used knives in the kitchen for peeling fruits and vegetables. This stamped knife is lightweight and durable which makes these tasks fatigue-free on your wrist. Great starter knife gift idea and would be good as a stocking stuffer too!

4 inch paring knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased one of these a couple of years ago and now the handle is broken. It has never been in the dishwasher washer. I purchased another one
to go with our original 16001 15 piece set which
we really like, but couldn't find the original paring knife so I bought this on to replace it.

A quality knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a very nice knife. Haven't used it for long enough to know how well the blade will hold a sharp edge yet. The only thing I wish this knife had is the metal finger guard that is usually integrated into the handle at the base of the blade.

Dishwasher safe is a bonus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a recent gift that replaced an old wood-handled paring knife that of course was not dishwasher safe as this one is and was also bulky. Excellent construction from a company known for excellence and a classic finish that is both good-looking and easier to use being slimmer than our prior one. The blade has a fine edge that should keep its sharpness for a long time. Already being used almost daily by me or my spouse and very pleased with it. Being a gift, I don't know the cost paid and having only used it for two weeks cannot state the value of the product or customer support if needed purely on that basis.
