Excellent little pairing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife easily cuts through fruits and vegetables with little effort. It is so nice to have a clean cut particularly when making vegetables into decorations for dishes served to my family and guests. Those little touches make the difference between it being a nice dish being served to the dish being a feast for the eyes as well as palate!

Ok for what I want

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was relaxing my expensive ceramic knife with something useful and not so expensive. It will serve the intended use but it’s not sharp like my ceramics ones. Need to buy sharpen it.

This 4 inch pairing knife is a very lightweight, balanced knife due to the stamped construction and full tang. This knife is wonderful for slicing, dicing, etc. The handle provides a great grip and the blade is very sharp.
