This 6" chef knife is perfect for any one not quite comfortable with an 8" chefs knife. It is made from FC61 fine carbide steel and ice-hardened twice which translates to exceptional durability, cutting edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The blade is dry sharpened creating a scalpel-like sharpness.
