I love this Santoku knife, it is great for slicing and dicing, handle is comfortable to hold.

A great all stainless steel santoku

A great modern all stainless steel forged knife. I love the aesthetic of this Modernist knife. The Santoku is a great knife for chopping vegetables, meat and fruits, and definitely one of my go to blades in the kitchen.
