Delightful surprise!

These are fully forged knives - a sign of top quality. They are made with one of Zwilling's proprietary steels - so they won't stain, they will stay sharp. And they are designed for comfort with optimal sized grips for most people. They are also lighter than most knives. So if weight is an issue for you, you will like these knives.
This 7-inch santoku is a dream. Slices through vegetables as well as my really expensive specialty knives. Nice balance and grip. Gives me the leverage I need for hefty foods - jicama, kohlrabi, celery root.

Insanely sharp, well balanced Santoku knife. this knife is designed for ease in chopping lots of produce and herbs! The hollow edge aids in the release of foods. I use this knife for chopped salad prep. Fabulous!! The full bolster is a perfect resting spot for your grip. the contour, smooth handle is very comfortable to hold.

This knife collection is made in three pieces and welded together. It has a pretty and modern appearance, with some texture on the handle to help reduce slippage. It does have a nice balanced weight.

Mother's Day Gift

My kids gave this to me for Mother's Day, and I couldn't be more pleased with their selection. Always wanted a Santoku style knife. It is sharper than my Chef's knife because the angle is smaller. Love the way I can utilize the entire blade because the bolster doesn't interfere with the back of the blade. Great for chopping, mincing and dicing. The knife is very sturdy but at the same time lightweight. Thinking of getting the 5.5 ' one for smaller jobs.

This knife is made from high quality stainless steel so durable and won't rust or tarnish. The knife has hollow edges on it to help food move away from blades edge while cutting so no interruptions to clean off blade. The handle has a brushed finish and is not slipper when wet (a concern I had at first).

Contemporary looking santoku in all stainless steel. Great knife for mincing,dicing, and slicing. Hollow grounds help prevent food items from sticking to blade. Contoured handle is textured for easy grip. Dishwasher safe.
