My new favorite knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the shape of this knife. I have some Wustof Grand Prix knives that unfortunately got lost in a move and im replacing them. This is as good as my Wustof knives. This is my new go to knife in the kitchen, I use it more than my chef knife for most things.

This is a great knife very well balance sharp as a razor blade cut my food with ease I am very happy to have bought this particular knife it is going in my other collection of pro knives that I am building on Beautiful and elegant, John.
