Chef knife Santoku combo w/ the desired features

I was looking for a chefs knife with the grooves of a Santoku knife that had an angle grip on the bolster like the ZWILLING Pro knives. No one makes that combination, this rocking Santoku is the closest you will find. The handle is a little beefier than I am used to on the rest of the knives that I have used before but I am getting used to it. It really does feel like an extension of your arm while using it.

This knife makes preparing vegetables quick and painless. Because it's able to rock on one edge, it makes quick work of dicing and chopping just as well as it can easily make thin and purposeful cuts.
