Rock and chop

I took a knife skills class. They referred to rocking and chopping. I wasn't sure if I was a rocker or a chopper, but this allows me to do both. It's as if my chef knife and santoku had a baby. It's my new favorite!

The Knife that Does it All

I use this knife for Everything!! I prefer the Santoku when slicing and dicing vegetables. The slices come off easier, they don't stack up on the blade. Perfect size, perfect fit in my hand.

This knife permits the combined benefits of a chef and santoku blade. The sharpness of a Japanese chef knife for chopping, with the rocking ability of Western chef knife. Love how easily I can alternate between the two.

Perfect Design

The Rocking Santoku is my favorite knife design I’ve ever used. This has replaced my traditional Chef Knife for sure. It gives you the perfect combination of a Chef and Santoku Knife. It’s extremely sharp and quick while also giving you a very smooth rocking motion when cutting. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys using that rocking motion.

Can't use this knife enough!

This knife is the perfect combination of two of my favorite knives! It can be used for any task whether you are rocking or chopping. The hollow edge helps guide my food up and off the blade and the curved bolster is oh so comfortable! Everyone should have this guy in their repertoire.

I never had a rocking santoku knife, but then I used this one and I was hooked! I absolutely love using this knife for everything, it is my go to knife in the kitchen. It's perfect for cutting anything and it rocks so nicely, especially when mincing herbs. Everyone needs a rocking santoku knife in their kitchen!
