Next to my 8-inch Zwilling Chef Knife, this Rocking Santoku has the perfect balance and weight I want in a kitchen knife. This one may just be my primary go to knife now… The perfect knife! 😁

The knife is very sharp. Ive never owned knives this sharp out of the box. Always had to sharpen them to get that honed edge. I will be buying more!

Best knife I have ever used.

This knife was purchased as a wedding gift for my soon to be wife and I. I specifically asked for this knife because my mother has had one for approaching 8 years now and it is the most comfortable knife we have ever used. In addition this knife holds an edge very well and the blades profile is something you never knew you’d love. Very well made and has held up even better than should be expected.
