[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very nice! The knife is well balanced and the blade is very sharp. The rocking motion makes mincing easy and it’s nice to not have to change knives to chop.

The best of both knives!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this knife after attending a knife skills class at Zwilling HQ in Pleasantville NY. It really is terrific. Combines the chopping motion of a straight Santoku with the rock-and-push motion of a standard chef's knife. Highly recommend. At home my son used it for prepping vegetables for homemade fried rice and it was a breeze.

Like cutting through butter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nice has a super Sharp blade and cuts through vegetables so easily. The rocky motion also is a nice benefit when shopping vegetables. I wish I had purchased this knife years ago

Great balance on this knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife fits well in my hand and will work with both rocking cuts and chopping cuts. It feels really light and seems like it could fly from my hands, but I can hold the knife with a comfortable grip for long periods of time.
