If Only I Had The Chance To Use The Actual Knife..

The one star is based on the fact that I received the knife with a ding/nick in the blade. I waited two weeks for shipping to get the thing, now I have to send it back and probably end up waiting another month before I get another knife. QC was slacking on the job with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent cutting board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect size cutting board for solo cooking. Using bamboo instead of plastic is better for my knives and the planet. The logo provides additional street cred!

Had for over a year and use it everyday. I have a full block of Pro knives and if I woulda bought this first, I wouldn't have nearly as many! Ha!
I use a sharpening steel AND Zwilling 2-sided sharpening stone since it's a 10' angle. Stays reasonably sharp.
Great knife - you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely love this knife! It’s very comfortable to hold and cuts smooth. It hasn’t lost its edge after lots of use. Just wish I have a better place than the box to store it.

Love the updated design

I've had the older model of this design for 10+ years. It's my knife of choice for most tasks. I wanted to try this newer design and I love it! The blade shape and overall balance make it a pleasure to use. Zwilling knives are the only brand I buy.
