The feel of this knife is incredible. The way it fits in your hand is comfortable and so easy to work with. The sharpness is unbelievable and the balance this knife has is unmatched. The edge is such an amazing design and works well with whatever I’m cutting. Definitely will be buying more!

I was gifted the 7”. Fits perfectly in my hand and cuts very well. The back and forth is really smooth. Not too heavy but weighs enough to be sturdy and not tiring.

Wonderful addition to the family!

This has been a great addition to my set, joining my 7” Zwilling chef knife and my 8” Miyabi, both of which see daily use and have held up great for quite a while. I already see that this blade will be a perfect complement to the others and can’t wait to see what dishes it will inspire. The grip and sway of the knife rocking as a slice through veggies is smooth and consistent. Excellent product!
