Nice heavy knife with the traditional handle that matches my old Henkels.
Expect it to be used often!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to swear by a 10" chefs knife for everything and then I was gifted them is amazing knife. I have switched to fully using this knife for everything now. Awesome balance and a great weight within the knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an old, cheap, falling-apart, non-rock santoku I've had for many years. that thing was like a hacksaw in comparison to this. Immaculate craftsmanship, feels great in the hand, and an all around great knife for most tasks. Also comes in 5.5", grab whichever size works best for you.
