One of my best kitchen investments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Passionate cooks and professional chefs you deserve to have this santoku knife. I strongly recommend viewing the product in a store where you can hold it. I went to SUR LA TABLE to demo various knives. This particular one stood out from the rest. It's superb quality and craftsmanship is identifiable as soon as you see it and hold it in your hand. The rocking design, size, weight and feel matched my preferences. It cuts beautifully and can be used for many daily cooking/prepping purposes. Zwilling backs it with a lifetime warranty.
