[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Santoku is beautiful and well-balanced. The 7” is a large knife, almost as large as the Chef’s knife, so make sure that’s what you want when selecting from the 7” or 5”.

My favorite part of the knife is the comfortable handle. I was considering an Asian knife that does not have the little hook at the end of the handle. This is so much more comfortable for my needs.
