[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grind from the blade to meet the handle is beautiful, the handle feels great in the hand, and it's sharp enough to get through the bottom crust of a sourdough boule (and maybe part of the cutting board too).

Ultimate Bread Knife

We received this Zwilling 8 inch bread knife as a wedding gift and love it! It has the perfect weight which helps you cut the bread in even slices. Especially with sour dough which has a pretty tough crust, this knife makes it so easy. Would highly recommend.
