I bake sourdough bread every week and my greatest challenge was finding a bread knife that would make slicing the loaves smoothly and easily. My husband and I went to the shop in Pleasantville NY and happily received a thorough orientation in the different bread knives to choose from. We are very happy with our selection of the 8” Zwilling Pro bread knife, both the retention of sharpness and the knife’s performance as well as the weight and feel of the handle. Thank you for such a quality knife that will be well used.

Lifetime forever bead knife

Extremely happy with my purchase. This is a replacement knife. I purchased this bread knife 45 years ago and it was the best! Unfortunately, when we bought a new home and were doing renovations, living on sandwiches, it disappeared and never turned up. I HAD to replace it. It’s a lifetime quality forever knife. A must have in your kitchen arsenal!
