I bring this knife to all of my off site catering jobs. Great for cutting fruit for platters, breads, rolls, cakes, deli meats and cheese.

Great bread knife

I am very pleased with this bread knife. The forged German steel and construction make a very sharp very strong blade. The curved bolster makes it easy and comfortable to hold properly and gives me straighter slices. Its not just for bread. Its great for anything with a harder exterior and softer interior like tomatoes and citrus. I also use it on my mellons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, it looks so nice! Ours is even engraved and it looks amazing. It is so comfortable to hold and cuts so effortlessly. Cutting with these knives is so natural and smooth and the final results in the food we have cut show that.
