Any knife from the Pro collection is worth using and owning! A good bread knife is only a reach away, if you add it to our block on the counter. I use this one every day - as we love French bread (that hasn't been sliced), kaiser rolls, biscuits, you name it! If it has a hard outer crust and soft inside, this will work for it!

Great Bread Knife

This bread knife makes slicing through a loaf of crusty bread a breeze! It has lots of scalloped serrations that gives you a clean slice every time without smashing or tearing your bread. It's forged from high carbon German Steel and made in Germany so you know it's going to stay sharp and last a lifetime.

This 8" bread knife is a great size because it is big enough to tackle most jobs yet small enough for you to feel fully in control. The incredible part of this razor sharp bread knife is the unique serration pattern that allows the longer serrations to puncture the crust first and continue through without squishing the soft center. The curved bolster provides a comfortable spot for your thumb and forefinger and like all Pro series knives this is perfectly weighted.

My absolute favorite bread knife in the whole world! This is the only bread knife you will ever need. It is amazing! It is super sharp and can cut through the toughest of breads and the handle with curved bolster is a perfect fit in my hand.

Cuts through crusty loaves

This bread knife cuts right through my crusty loaves of sourdough without crushing the fluffy interior. The handle is very comfortable to use and the fact that the metal that connects the blade to the handle is curved makes it very easy to use.
