The Pro Ultimate Bread knife is really the best one but if you don't want something that large then this 8" one will do just fine! The serrated blade is strong and will never need sharpening. The curved bolster and ergonomic handle will make your grip comfortable.

A great bread knife

This is a great bread knife. This is one of my go-to knives in the kitchen. The serration is so much better than other serrated bread knives I’ve used. This does a beautiful job of cleanly slicing bread, fruit, meat without tearing or squishing. Also with the curved bolster, it makes it much more comfortable to grip the bread knife with ease and confidence.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great set, great knife

The bread knife was included in our Pro set. It has gotten tons of miles. Great for breads, bagels, fruit, tomatoes... We have been so pleased with all of our Pro knives.

This is an ultimate 8" Pro bread knife, its serration blade is fantastic blade. It'll cut a really knife bread size as easy as a pie. his will cut a really nice bagel. a cake cutter too. A unique curved bolster supports the pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. T

Slices right!

Good, solid slicing knife. Just the right size blade for every day use. This knife slices consistently every time without fail. I've had this knife in my collection for several years and it's still as sharp as the day I got it. The pro line is a superior, innovative line with a super comfortable grip.

Best Bread Knife

The serrated edge and durable steel of this bread knife make nice clean slices. As with the other Pro knives it has a curved bolster making for a smooth transition from handle to blade. Great balance, comfort, and excellent sharpness.

This bread knife has great balance and sharp serrations making cutting into those tough artisan crusts easy. Does not slip off the top of the crust but bites in and slices smoothly.

This is a great bread knife! The serrated blade is very sharp and doesn’t leave and ton of crumbs. Plus you can use it for so much more, large fruit with thick skin, vegetables, subs and sandwiches!
