Great edge out of the box, and just the right size to do pretty much anything in the kitchen. Handles significantly easier than my chefs knife to accomplish smaller or more fine tasks. Love it!

This knife is amazing! The handle is comfortable in my hand and the blade cuts and chops vegetables like they are soft butter. Cooking is efficient and pleasurable with this knife.
