[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it for my wife as a just because gift. It arrived with no flaws and she lives the color. She’s having a hard time trying to decide on what to cook in it first. Also, she loved its looks so much we ordered 6 of the cocotte mini’s.

I just got this, so I can't speak to the longevity of the product, but so far I love it. I bought this one to replace a cheaper brand that I've had for years, but the coating had worn off over time (probably into all of the food I've been eating). I love the size. We're a family of five and I can easily make a huge pot of soup and has plenty leftover. I also love how tight the lid is. It definitely keeps the moisture inside, which has been a huge plus when simmering sauces for several hours. I also really love the color. I wanted something neutral but not completely white, and the color variation on this is really pretty.

The 7 quart cocotte was a Christmas present from my children. This is my first Staub piece although I have cooking with cast iron for years. I am thrilled with this pan and can't believe I did not purchase it on my own.
Love the gorgeous Truffle color, looks great in the kitchen and also as a serving piece. The ceramic enamel is breathtaking with a perfect shine and three dimensional color.
The dark interior really helps achieve perfect browning and searing, and resists staining. Requires very small amounts of oil, and is a healthy alternative to using non stick.
The heavy flat lid, has spikes on the interior which catches juices and bastes the meat, with mouthwatering results. Works on all cooktops, oven safe and perfect for oven to table use. This pan has everything that makes me happy, especially knowing it came from my kids.

I received this beautiful piece today and felt as if I had arrived. I'm a teacher, family cook for baseball, football, rugby kids...I wish I had invested in this sooner. This enhances my home. I will definitely invest in this brand..arrived AHEAD of time and in beautiful condition. Elegant yet rustic, not fussy. Will definitely purchase other sizes, especially since staub had a very generous sale available for weeks!

Vast improvement offer pressure cooker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made beef and barley stew with some nice short ribs by searing and braising in the oven for 2 hours.
For years I have done this type of dish in the pressure cooker; the results were incomparable.
Wonder price of cookware!

I would say it's a light gray truffle. We were expecting an off white, the color of the image on the web-site and in person are different. I wouldn't say white in the color description. We were a little bummed but didn't want to wait to return and get the white one instead. Overall the quality of it is amazing and allowed us to start our sourdough bread making adventures.

Sweet Colour...Solid Pot!

Like oyster coloured would be best description. 7 quart handles small-to-large meals. Solid cast iron enameled inside and out for long-lasting, evenly heated cooking. Patented mini-spikes keep everything within super-moist.

The 7-qt can feed a crowd and I often combine the 7-qt and 5.5-qt for the holidays when I am hosting. One is just not enough if you want seconds available, and we always need seconds available. I will take one to the table and then refill as not to have too many on the table at once, or if you want, you can put a cocotte at each end too.
