We love this! My husband and I have several Staub items. I purchased this for him (also a little for me) for Christmas. This cocotte is large and very sturdy.

Large capacity, excellent piece

Beautiful color, large capacity. I already baked some bread in it and it came out great. I really like the design of the lid - though I did replace the knobs with the Buster & Punch ones, I feel that they provide a better grip

A staple piece in every kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Staub originally to make bread with and soon after, I realized that it was so multi functional for so many different things! I still use it for bread but I also love to boil water in it, make sauces, soups, stews with it. The options are endless! I cant wait to add a smaller dutch oven to my collection soon!
