I love this pan for braising or roasting meats. It retains heat so well that it cooks so evenly. Great for the holiday season or as a one pan meal option.

Good size...even bit over 3" on sides. Enameled all over for easy-clean. Still looks like one of the old cas-iron "turn-of-century roaster...which is cool. Rock solid.

This is a great roasting and baking pan. I've used it to make a nicely browned corned bread, a crusty banana bread, and baked chicken pieces with veggies and had great results. Perfect size to bake a meal for two.

Cast iron roasters are so underrated. I get such a nice sear on my pork loin. The matte interior really browns everything nicely. The heat retention of cast iron is far superior.Everything i make comes out to a nice even golden brown full of flavor. The enamel coating makes it a dream to clean as well.No seasoning required.

Love this roasting pan. No longer have to deal with the flimsy throw away pans I've used in the past. This is a solid roaster, that maintains heat evenly, resulting in perfectly caramelized roasts, poultry and vegetables. Oven safe to 500 degrees, and also works great on my induction cook top for great gravy and pan sauces.
Also doubles as a lasagna pan, sheet pan and baking pan. Easy to clean and looks great on the table. Well worth every penny.
