I appreciate the dimensions given do not include the handles. There isn’t a Staub product I don’t like. I’ve ordered a larger size. too. I used to use copper pots and pans but the cleaning is much easier with Staub.

Keeps food hot!

I never thought that I would need a cast iron pan since I thought that a glass or ceramic pan would work well, but I love using this for baked pasta dishes. I take this straight from the oven to the table and the pasta stays hot for super long. I also love how it makes the edges crispy.

Whether you only bring this out for holiday cooking or use it more frequently, this cast iron roaster will give you the consistent heat you need for that low and slow cooking. Perfectly crisp your brussels sprouts, caramelize those carrots or roast that beautiful whole chicken!

When not in use in the oven, this roasting pan can be found in action on the outside grill. Staub's enameled black interior makes for excellent browned and caramelized meats and vegetables. Use as a serving dish to keep prepared items warm.

You will love, love, this pan!!! I can stack up my lasagna noodles and fill right to the top!!
Not only for ample baked pasta dishes( which won't stick to the bottom), I love using this pan for a complete roasted dinner ! chicken and veggies!! Fabulous and made by Staub!!!

This roasting pan is phenomenal. Its black matt finish sears and crisps everything is its way. I love to make one "roasting pan" dinners. Everything goes in! A big secret, this roasting pan does wonders as a baking pan. We make brownies in it all the time.
