A roasting pan can do more than roasting.

This pan will WOW you! This is a must have roaster, you can do so much with this. We have used it for baked pasta, ham, ribs, lasagna, and of course turkey! Super easy to clean too!!

Indispensable kitchen tool! Staub has that back interior which browns and crips beautifully. I use this for casseroles as well as roasting chicken and vegetables. Always comes out perfect, and easy to clean!

Love this roaster - perfect for my Winter game hens served w/ root veggies! Also for those pasta dishes and mac and cheese variations! Can put in dishwasher, although I prefer soaking, then hand-washing. Cleans up beautifully!

This is a really nice addition to any kitchen. Roasting vegetables in this pan is not only faster the carmelization is amazing. Used this for roasting turkeys and and beef roasts over the holidays had great results and the drippings made fabulous gravy!
Hint... this is also a great pan for baking a large lasagne...the bottom gets nice a crispy and feeds a crowd or lots of left overs.

Cast Iron Roasting Pan is a Must Have

This roasting pan is so much nicer than the traditional stainless steel ones. For starters the matte black interior provides a superior browning and the clean up is amazing. You can use this pan for so much more than roasting...use it for casseroles and lasagna as well as baking,

Love this cast iron roasting pan! the texture inside gives me such a nice sear and the resulting caramelization. Cast iron maintains a very even temperature throughout cooking so I don't need to worry about sudden drops in temp when roasting. I have always used a carbon steel roasting pan in the past so I am used to a very heavy pan but I love this concept with the higher sides and the textured interior. Both materials will work well for differernt things.
