Great Gratin. I love that its cast iron instead of Ceramic. It will stay hot for a long time on the table. You can actually take food out of the oven a little early and let it finish off owithout additional heat, freeing up the oven for other items.

Great for side dishes

I love using this for side dishes because I can take it straight for the oven to the table and it is a beautiful piece of serving ware. It's great that it's made out of cast iron because it retains the heat of the oven to keep the food hot on the table. I also love how easy it is to clean because its enameled, so it doesn't need special care like regular cast iron.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These are great for serving on a buffet or at the dinner table. Hot dishes will stay warm out of the oven and to the table, cold dishes when placed in the fridge or freezer will remain cold. The dark enamel interior cleans up so easily, just add some warm water and a soft spounge or scrubber.
