This cute little baking dish will certainly get some 'aaawwwss' at the dinner table. It is great for presentation purposes but obviously with the cast iron, you can make individual servings in the oven. Stick these in the oven to warm up and use them as finishing platters for what you make on the stove.

this is quickly becoming the go-to for roasting veggies and potatoes in the toaster oven. The handles are comfortable and make it easy to work with in a smaller toaster oven. Lots of stuff this dish can do. It's enameled all over so cleaning is a breeze as well. Frittatas, souffles, and dips turn out quite nicely.

I use this pan for my "famous" scalloped potatoes. The cast iron heats very evenly and holds heat for a long time. The enamel coating means no seasoning required and an easy clean up. The matte texture allows fats and oils fully underneath the food giving superior browning. Its great in the oven and to finish under the broiler.

I use this pan for everything. Our (family) most favorite thing to make in it is biscuits. The heat capability of the pan is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly so everything is perfectly cooked. I have also pan fried a steak in this pan and it produces a beautiful sear.
