Keeping it hot

Great small serve dish. It's about 24 ounces. Great for a hot cheese dip on the appetizer buffet. The cast iron body retains the heat. The black color is rustic looking.

I like using this size for Frittatas and baked corn breads. The innovative black matte interior ensures even heating and browning. Cakes come out out golden brown.
Excellent for all foods with a crispy topping, but works equally well for pull apart rolls and biscuits. Easy to clean and store.

These round gratin dishes are great for preparing stove top and oven recipes. Enameled surface is optimal for braising and browning and cast iron will keep your dish warm for serving. Appetizers, baked strattas, pastas, gratins, or dessert crumbles.

This cast iron gratin dish can be used as an individual serving dish or it's perfect for 2 people if making a side dish. I use this for bread puddings and stratas. Makes just enough for the 2 of us.

Great little baking dish for so many uses. Don't let the name fool you...in addition to baked things I use it on my stove top for smaller tasks like precooking onions and garlic to add to a recipe, frying an egg, and even toasting a sandwich for myself. Staub cast iron needs to seasoning and cleans up easily.

Great Gratin. I love that its cast iron instead of Ceramic. It will stay hot for a long time on the table. You can actually take food out of the oven a little early and let it finish off owithout additional heat, freeing up the oven for other items.

Great for side dishes

I love using this for side dishes because I can take it straight for the oven to the table and it is a beautiful piece of serving ware. It's great that it's made out of cast iron because it retains the heat of the oven to keep the food hot on the table. I also love how easy it is to clean because its enameled, so it doesn't need special care like regular cast iron.
