[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very sharp knife that is perfect for cutting food or peppers I think. Stays very sharp easy to control and has a nice weight to the handle.

You will love the way this Santoku 5" works and how well it cuts and slices. I like using the 5" more than the 7" as it feels better in my smaller hand and feels more comfortable. The hollow edge is great for having those veggies fall right off the knife. Keep this handy for all kinds of tasks.

I have smaller hands so this is super comfortable in my hand. It's not too heavy. Super sharp. Great for food prep. The dimples help prevent food from sticking.

I was looking for a smaller santoku because sometimes the 7 is too big for me when doing vegetable cuts. This 5 inch was perfect! It is a great value that is not made in China, which was a great selling point for us!

Great knife for quick jobs. Made with high quality German steel this knife and forged from one piece of steel, is extremely durable and will last a lifetime. Its super sharp and will get through even the toughest vegetables. Believe it or not its dishwasher safe.
