[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this knife and a few others at the Zwilling store at an outlet mall a couple weeks ago. Great deal on the knives and they all work great! This one is the perfect size for cutting vegetables and other things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use two types of knives: Henckel and Cutco. I have three kitchens and that's a lot of knives. The Cutco were housewarming gifts, but when I buy knives I buy Henckel. Simply excellent!

My husband is big and over protective about his knives. For Christmas, I bought him the Santoku knife to complete his set and he loves it. They are very easy to handle and nice sharp blades.
