Best knives ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several knives and sets and when I was gifted a fullet of these beauties my life changes forever, so when I got the opportunity to add to my set as part of my 5 year work anniversary gift I couldn't pass up the santoku and paring knife set. Best there is, hands down.

My husband is big and over protective about his knives. For Christmas, I bought him the Santoku knife to complete his set and he loves it. They are very easy to handle and nice sharp blades.

If you like working with santoku knives, this smaller forged blade is perfect for chopping and mincing smaller foods. The innovative hollow edge divets will keep food out of your way by guiding it up and off of the knife. The Classic handles are pretty comfortable too so if you're in it for the long haul, you won't have to worry about your hand getting tired.

Greatest Of All Time - the GOAT

Classic is great quality at a great price

Henckels Classic knives are made in Spain so they have a great price point but you still get all the highlights of specially formulated German Steel, forged bolster and balanced handle. These knives will retain their sharp edge longer, resist corrosion and stay chip and crack free. The hollow pockets on the edge of this chopping Santoku help keep the food from sticking as you slice.

Solid dependable knife, good size and construction

We love this knife for everyday use. It's small and light enough to be easy to use, but big enough for chopping veggies and ingredients. The construction is solid and the steel is a nice quality. Would definitely recommend the product and should be using it for years to come

I use this 90% of the time. Great balance, fits securely in the hand. I was surprised by how quickly I received it. It helped immensely since I didn’t have to go without for long.
