[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is well built and sharp right out of the package. Comfortable to hold and use with the exception of the blade height which is low and causes my knuckles to hit the cutting surface. So far the knife has held up well with washing (I hand wash and dry immediately). I would recommend this product to someone with smaller hands due to blade height.

What a Surprise!

Not overly expensive, tis baby santoku cuts with the best of them...Although not Zwilling's premium steel, it slices like it! Classic 3 rivet handle completes nice package.

Nice addition to the Classic assortment at our cabin. The straighter profile provides precision cutting of vegetables and effortless chopping. Durable German stainless steel with classic three riveted handle.

Perfect size for daily use.

A classic forged blade knife perfect mid size knife for cutting vegetables , and herbs. Its fine edge is sharp, durable and I love that hollow edge on the blade, it create barrier between the steel and the food to prevent food from sticking while cutting. This is a go-to daily knife, well made, Made in Spain.
