Very handy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp and easy to handle. Chops and slices raw veggies beautifully. I will buy the chef’s knife as well, as my older knives are not working like this. Also like that it’s NOT made in china.

German Steel

Great price point for a knife made with German steel. It's manufactured in Spain to
keep prices low, but doesn't skimp on quality or performance. I use this for mincing chopping and slicing. The Japanese styling makes it sharper than my traditional German style knife, and the hollow edge prevents food from sticking. Can't live
without this knife, my definite favorite kitchen friend.
