We love this knife for everyday use. It's small and light enough to be easy to use, but big enough for chopping veggies and ingredients. The construction is solid and the steel is a nice quality. Would definitely recommend the product and should be using it for years to come
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My close gave me this knife as a gift and it is simply the Greatest Knife of All Time - the Muhammad Ali of knives. I never realized chopping vegetables could be this enjoyable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality steel. It cuts well and is light in the hand. I'd recommend taking the burrs off with a honing steel if you're. This knife fits our needs and you can't beat the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is well built and sharp right out of the package. Comfortable to hold and use with the exception of the blade height which is low and causes my knuckles to hit the cutting surface. So far the knife has held up well with washing (I hand wash and dry immediately). I would recommend this product to someone with smaller hands due to blade height.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned several knives and sets and when I was gifted a fullet of these beauties my life changes forever, so when I got the opportunity to add to my set as part of my 5 year work anniversary gift I couldn't pass up the santoku and paring knife set. Best there is, hands down.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a Zwilling Four Star set for 30 years and decided to get a few Santoku knives to compliment. This knife is well made and reasonably priced. Happy with purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is sharp and easy to handle. Chops and slices raw veggies beautifully. I will buy the chef’s knife as well, as my older knives are not working like this. Also like that it’s NOT made in china.
