Sharp, straight edged knife that is perfect for slicing and chopping small to medium sized fruits and vegetables. Easy to use and handle. I like the curved bolster. Great for honing and sharpening your blade.

Absolutely everyone should own a prep knife and this one is a 'solution' if you don't have one already! With a comfortable handle and mega sharp blade, this prep knife can be used for a variety of tasks and is sure to become one of your favorite blades to use.
