Prep knife stamped from high quality stainless steel with a fine edge blade. Great for small to medium-size cutting task. Wide heel of blade enables easy use on cutting board. Lightweight with a comfortable contoured handle.

My Henckels Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I’m very petite and my hands are small the size of this knife is perfect for me, I also purchased the 2-stage knife sharpener which I also love the size and confortable to hold while I’m sharpening my Henckels knife.
