Decent knife for the price

Solution knives are a great value priced line of knives that are perfect for a starter kitchen. Stamped from a single sheet of high quality stainless steel they are light weight and corrosion resistant. A full tang of steel running through the handle makes them stable and sturdy. I like the way the handle is high on the bolster because it provides a comfortable area for my pinch grip. The Prep Knife blade feels nice and sharp. This is a great size for smaller quantities where you don't need the reach of a longer blade and with a slightly curved tip you can use the rocking motion you are used to using with your larger chef's knife.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice Prep

A good Prep knife, great for slicing and chopping fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the prep knife is not as daunting in size as a Chef, but you can still use it on a cutting board easily like a Chef. Nice handles on the knife, contours nicely to the German stainless steel blade.

Sharp and balanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was part of a house warming gift from my dad. As he says- you need good knives :) he wasn't wrong. It's incredibly sharp and easy to handle. I prepped several meats for the grill and after hand washing and drying, carved them for serving. Highly recommend!
