Great smaller knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Opened my new product packaging and put my knife right to work cutting up chicken. Works great so far! Nice and sharp and smaller so i don't have to grab the big knife all the time. Fits nicely in my hand and seems well balanced. Thanks Henckel fo making such a great product!

My go to knife for most tasks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this knife so much I just bought a second one. When I need a knife, 8/10 times I reach for this one. Sometimes it’s dirty, thats why I bought a spare. At 5.5 inches it’s big enough to tackle a sweet potato but also small enough for finesse stuff like peeling ginger. Great knife. Feels good in my hand, and looks cool too. Has some flair to it, not just a sharp triangle of steel.

Unbelievably BAD

I just got my Henckels Solution 5.5-inch Prep Knife yesterday and gave it a test run. I was so incredibly disappointed by the feel of the cuts. The bevels have an uneven ground, so now I actually have to spend time to fix this blade. I have a Definition chef's knife from over 6 years ago that's still better this this new prep knife. I can't believe that this is the standard of quality control now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
