Excellent Prep Knife

Folks fall in love with this handy prep knife. Designed to provide the best aspect of a chopping knife and paring knife, this knife works with meats, vegetables, fruits and nuts. There isn't much you can't mince, dice or slice with this knife.
Plus this knife is lightweight without compromising blade sharpness. Maintained properly, it will last many years. Extremely good value.
The Solution line of knives is a good step up to quality stamped steel cutlery. The knives are made from high quality German steel that will not stain or rust or pit. They are made - from the tip of the blade to the heel of the handle - from a single piece of steel providing terrific stability. It feels good in the hand and does the work efficiently.

A versatile Prep Knife!

A versatile prep knife just as the chef knife, except that it is smaller. It is a prepping knife for cutting smaller food such as meat, veggies, fruits, and herbs. A great knife so sharp, light and durable. The handle is comfortable in the hand.

Zwilling does a great job of competing in the value cutlery market. The Henckels International knife lines are always a cut above the competition.This prep knife has a sharp edge, ergonomic handle for ease of handling, is light weight and well balanced. Good knife for the value.

No fuss knife at a good value
