This is a good little tomato knife. You don't need the extra weight of a forged knife because the blade and serration do all the work. The new Z serration pierces a tough outersking and the thin blade easily slices thru a soft interior.

Best Serrated Utility Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the right tools for the job makes any job easier, and this knife makes cooking so much easier! Needed a new serrated knife when I realized how much I was fighting with my tomatoes - this knife makes slicing them EASY and FAST!

A great specialist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife works well on breads. However the other use I have found for it is on softer tomatoes. The always sharp serrated edges slice the skin without crushing the whole tomato.

Amazing!

This knife cut through those carrots like it was cutting through butter! The knife itself is lightweight and well designed, fitting comfortably in my hand. I am looking forward to using it.

Cutting pineapples no longer make me cry!
