This lightweight Gourmet serrated utility blade will take care of any food with a tough exterior and soft interior. Tomatoes, potato rolls, etc. are easy to slice with this comfortable and sturdy knife.

Unique serration

The unique serration on the blade allows the serrated teeth to grab a thick skin or crusty exterior and then the scalloped blade slices right through the soft interior. Less mess on your cutting board. The stamped blade makes the knife lightweight, easy to use.

German made Gourmet utility knife with stamped serrated blade. Great for cutting items that have firm exterior like tomatoes, citrus fruit, sausage and crusty rolls. Lightweight with a comfortable three-riveted handle.

Finally a serration that is made to last! This new Z15 serrated edge has two layers of serration, the first which is pointed and the second which is scalloped for a longer lasting edge. Cuts through tomatoes, cheese, citrus and bread with ease.

This Z15 serrated knife will cut through delicate fruits and vegetables. So sharp to slice and cut tomatoes, bagel, baguette, strawberries, and lemons. It is manufactured with premium quality stainless steel. Made in Germany!

The Gourmet 5 inch serrated utility knife is the perfect knife to keep handy for citrus, tomatoes, sandwiches, buns, rolls, etc... It is a stamped knife so it is light and easy to handle. Made in Germany from special steel that is very hard this knife will serve you well for a lifetime. The full tang of steel running through the handle makes it feel sturdy.
