[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first time buying ceramic and we love it. Very easy to clean. We have just been using soap and warm water. I did have egg stick a little to the pan but nothing too crazy.

Seem like they will be great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked these up after My Cuisinart professional non-stick dry placed stainless pans started to lose their finish after just a few months. Those were similar in price to those Zw interview illing pans, but I like the handles, sturdiness, and quality of those Zwilling pans better. The non-stick finish feels very slick and durable, Time will tell how they hold up but they can't be worse than the last set I tried.
