[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy clean due to great nonstick cooking surface. Really like the stainless finish on the outside. Pans have some weight to them so not afraid of knocking them over easily while cooking. Handles are nice & long and secured tightly to the pan.

Two great non-stick fry pans at a great price. CFX is one of the newest, longest lasting ceramic non-stick surfaces on the market today. Applied to an excellent tri-ply pan that is completely clad with an interior layer of hygienic 18/10 stainless steel, an inner core of aluminum and an exterior layer of 18/0 stainless steel for induction capability. The flanged rim keeps food from dripping onto the outside of the pan. The stay cool handles and ease of care make this pan a great addition to any kitchen.

Awesome Pans!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my first “big” purchase when it comes to pans. I normally would buy a 2 piece set for more around 30 dollars. I would say the swilling 2 piece fry pan set has definitely been worth the 100 bucks. They are truly nonstick pans. I was a little apprehensive to see if after using them repeatedly in the dishwasher if they would lose their nonstick coating. They are still working just as good as when I got them. The only thing that I can say is that they are a lot heavier than any pan I’ve used. Not that it’s a bad thing but something to mention.

Most everyone needs at three fry pans; one for single egg breakfast, one for weeknight dinners and one for family meals, whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner. Non stick is the way to go for easy cooking and cleaning.
It has a three layer design with an aluminum core, one of the best heat conductors. They brown beautifully and cook even, no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design that helps disperse heat. The non-stick coating is the next generation of ceramic coatings. It is the greenest, healthiest non-stick option available. This new version boasts higher heat tolerance as well as being extremely durable and metal utensil safe.

Good at first but no lasting power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was great for the first year-non stock and easy to clean. After a year or so things started to stick to it while cooking which made cleaning very difficult. I was very disappointed since it was very expensive.

Quality in the name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is of amazing quality. The weight is juts right, not too heavy but not too light so its easy on the wrists. The thickness of the pans leads to great even heating and the nonstick has allowed me to cook some great eggs, sautéed great veggie sides and some chicken dishes. The nonstick is so easy to clean, I just wet a towel and wipe out. I know these zwilling pans will stand the test of time.

Extremely non-stick, and beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we initially purchased this set, it chipped within 3 uses even after following the care and use instructions. It must have been a defect, so we got a replacement set. It's a really nice set of frying pans. The nonstick surface is really slick. Eggs slide right out. The handle is comfortable. The outside has a mirrored finish so it looks really nice. Time will tell how durable it is in the long run, but Consumer Reports says it should last a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
