Amazing knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually got this gorgeous utility knife as a gift from a friend. I have multiple Miyabi knives, (including the OG 9.5” Chef Knife), but this is my 1st Birchwood handle. Everything about the knife is fine tuned and gorgeous. There are few knives I’ve used that I prefer, and none of which fall into the cost range of these. Seriously- I love these knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Birch wood handle is by far my favorite handle of all of my Miabi knives. Blade is sharp and cuts with ease as I have come to expect. Will more than likely be updating all of my cutlery to the Birchwood handled collection.
