Beautiful and functional

This is one of the most beautiful knives I've ever seen with it's intricate blade to it's handle that's made out of special birchwood that gets more interesting as you use it. This knife is a good length for smaller jobs and the thinness of the blade makes it easy to maneuver.

This birchwood 6 inch chef knife is very exquisite. It has a beautiful handle the provides a great grip and a blade made from SG2 steel. It is extremely durable and stays true to sharpness of a Japanese blade.

This knife is made with a SG2 steel core which is protected by 100 layers of additional steel. The knife is razor sharp due to the ice hardening process used and will stay sharper, longer. It can be used to do anything in the kitchen, it almost feels like a chef knife.

Sometimes you have smaller quantities and you don't need the reach of a longer blade. Miyabi Birchwood is made from SG2 steel which, although isn't gold, it is the "gold standard" of steel because of its hardness and ability to retain a razor sharp edge. The Birchwood handle is comfortable and has a nonslip feel in your hand.

The Miyabi Birchwood group is a stunning series of knives - with a Damascus blade, 6" in length. Super comfortable to hold and ice-hardened so it is super sharp and durable. Miyabi knives are some of the best around - made by artisans in Japan. Once you use these, you will not go back!

So Versatile!

This utility knife is so versatile with its 6" blade, it may become your go-to knife. Many times the chef knife is simply too big, that's where this fills in. It's small enough to cut up small fruits and vegetables but large enough to carve meat. It is incredibly sharp and holds its edge really well.
I love the beauty of Birchwood with its Damascus design, but my favorite part is the handle. It is so comfortable and has a little grip from the wood. I love how it develops character over time with use.

I love the Birchwood line. This 6 inch utility knife is the perfect size. The 100 layers Damascus steel is beautiful with a seamless transition into the wood handle. Blade is razor sharp, cutting is effortless.
